The company’s history began in the 1960s as Guardolificio Certaldese, during a period of strong growth for the Italian footwear sector. In those years, working with leather required precision, knowledge of the material and great manual skill: abilities that, over time, became a technical and cultural heritage for the company.
As the market evolved, Certaldese was able to transform this experience, opening new horizons in leather and leather goods processing.
It is precisely along this path that weaving becomes the protagonist: a technique capable of enhancing leather not only as a material, but as structure, surface and aesthetic language.
